distributors all over America.
There is so much research and glasswork coordinating for upcomming
projects, new coatings, and innovative product lines we choose to
devote our time to those arenas. We do this to keep you on the cutting
edge creating new, innovative ideas and resources.
We need to network with our local communities and our distributors
do a great service to us by having everything we need at our fingertips.

Find a Distributor
If you call and place an order with us we can forward it to one
of our distributors or you can go direct. We have many relationships
to serve you wherever you are with whatever you are looking for.
Below are the general guidelines we request for an order.
Can't find a Distributor or they are sold out?
If you have any problems with an authorized distributor of
Dichroic Alchemy, including if they are sold out, don't stock
what you want or are asking an outrageous price, give us a call
or send us a note.
If we can't find a distributor that can help, we'll support and
sell to you directly. This includes BoroImages™ and BoroCoatings™,
so call us!!
Little Things to Know
Payment methods include cash, COD, major credit/debit cards
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express) paypal, or prepayment.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks.
At this time you must call to place an order unless it is e-mailed.
In that case, we will get back to you with the total cost, including
shipping, as soon as we can from the time the order was placed.

Shipping
* All prices currently are FOB Eugene, OR, USA. Freight charges
are additional.
* We ship Fed Ex 2nd Day unless other arrangements have been made.
* Shipping cost are current Fed Ex 2nd day rates per zip code.
* A Delivery Area Surcharge is added to less populated zip codes.
* Your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your
order amount.
Return/Refund Policy
Any item or product purchased from Dichroic Alchemy can be returned
for credit towards further purchase or cash refund if it is
returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, within
30 days. After 30 days no cash refund will be available.
A return confirmation number from Dichroic Alchemy and corresponding
invoice must accompany returns.
